November Bible Question of the Month
In a few weeks I will be teaching on the subject of Christ's suffering and how His suffering relates to our suffering. In this section of 1 Peter, he says that Jesus went and preached to the spirits in prison (1 Pet. 3:19) Read verses 18 through 20 of 1 Pet. 3 and reflect on this question. Who are the "spirits in prison" Jesus was preaching to? Take a little time to consider this and tell me what you think.
